Here are some of the ways you can get involved in our mission
Alliance India’s success relies on a skilled team, and we look for capable and motivated individuals to join us. We are an equal opportunity employer and is committed to treating all employees and applicants equally without regard to background, culture, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, geographic origin, HIV status, disability, and any other basis protected by law. All qualified individuals, particularly people living with HIV and those affected by the epidemic are encouraged to join our team.
India HIV/AIDS Alliance, with support from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), is implementing an 18-month investigator-initiated research project titled “Unveiling the Risks: Mapping the Risk Behavior and Assessment of Key Populations Using Virtual Space to Access High-Risk Behavior.” This study aims to explore and analyse how high-risk populations—specifically gay, bisexual men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender women, and sex workers—engage with social media, dating apps, and other virtual platforms, and how these interactions reflect and influence HIV/STI-related risk behaviours.
