With funding from Frontline AIDS, UK, Alliance India is implementing a Case-Control study to understand the multilevel associations between substance use and HIV risk in MSM and TG population in India. The outcome of the study needs to be converted to a policy brief describing the nature and significance of the intersectionality of HIV and Substance abuse, and its relevance in the current context.  The policy brief will depict the results from primary and secondary scientific study data synthesis to informs policy and practice (implications), and provides recommendations for alternatives and next steps or actions.
