Moirangthem Joychandra Singh

Moirangthem Joychandra Singh, from Imphal East, Manipur, is a dedicated advocate for people who use drugs (PUD) and a committed community leader. Living openly with HIV and on ART, he brings extensive experience working with various community networks. With a strong analytical approach to crucial areas in health systems, Joychandra is passionate about improving service delivery and strengthening community-led interventions. His ability to work both independently and within teams enables him to drive meaningful change for marginalised populations.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
