Procurement of IT Equipment and Accessories

Bidders are required to submit their proposals by email only using the two-bid system. The subject line of each email must clearly indicate the type of proposal, as follows:
1. Technical Proposal – Procurement of IT Equipment and Accessories
2. Financial Proposal – Procurement of IT Equipment and Accessories
The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted simultaneously as separate emails, with each proposal enclosed in a password-protected file. The password for each proposal shall be shared only upon request by the procuring authority.
