Technical Officer: Monitoring & Evaluation

The Technical Officer (Programme management & Monitoring and Evaluation tasks) will be responsible for providing programmatic, technical, and organisational development support to Alliance India’s network of implementing partners at the grassroots level. The position will also have to play a pivotal role in the programme implementation apart from the routine monitoring and evaluation-related tasks. The position will be responsible for onsite data verification visits, handholding, and capacity building of partners in data collection, quality assurance, and reporting. The person will support the programme evaluations and analysis and provide feedback on programming. The candidate must be very strong in reporting and have experience managing programmes at the State/national levels. The position is expected to develop and maintain healthy relationships with state-level external stakeholders in government and other key non-governmental bodies to implement the programme effectively.
