Building Linkages and Referrals – A Step towards Sustainability: Alliance India’s Experience

This good practice document covers an important area of implementation of the CHAHA programme – referrals and linkages to build sustainability. It talks about what linkages are, why they are needed, the benefits of linking communities and how this has been done by CHAHA, and the factors that promote or inhibit the formation of effective linkages.
