Harsh Agarwal

Harsh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive expertise in social development programs, lobbying, alliances, franchising, program management, and general operations. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of organisations, including government bodies like RSACS, NGOs like Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) and FHI 360, academic institutions like the Indian Institute of Clinical Research, and healthcare providers like Tagore Hospital & Research Institute. He has also gained international exposure during his tenure in a Geriatric Care set-up in Australia. Prior to his current role, Harsh served as a Technical Expert – Advocacy & Partnership at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI). With a proven track record in implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of various initiatives, Harsh’s expertise spans HIV/AIDS programs, skilling programs, maternal and child health development programs, clinical trials, and empowerment and education approaches. He has successfully expanded healthcare networks, forged partnerships with key stakeholders, developed quality control protocols, and conducted impactful activities to enhance healthcare services. Harsh’s leadership as a Chief Operating Officer in an educational institute has also contributed significantly to marketing clinical research programs.
