Bir joined Alliance India in 2003 and that makes him the longest-serving employee of Alliance India. He is supremely dependable and proactive and works closely with the admin and finance team.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
