Bhogin has over 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, operations management, and project coordination. Holding a master’s degree in computer applications, he has worked across various capacities in Chennai, Guwahati, and Imphal, including roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Lifeline Foundation, and CAMS.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
