Anubhuti M Bhattacharya

Anubhuti is an experienced HR professional, a social entrepreneur and a passionate exponent of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She comes with 23 years of experience across the corporate and development sector. Her corporate stint was with GE Capital International Services ( now GENPACT ) in HR, recruitment, compliance, and project management. In 2002, she received the GE Pinnacle Award – the highest employee recognition from the CEO’s office in the US. In 2005, while working as AVP HR, she set up an HR consultancy focussed on mainstreaming people with disabilities – a first in India. She partnered with the corporates, NGO partners and GoI on skill mapping, sensitization programmes, accessibility audits, skill development, and job placements for the disabled. The work was recognised, and she received the National Award from the President of India in 2013. She has handled teams across functions and geographies. Her strength lies in the successful execution of projects.  She holds an MBA degree and is certified in Six Sigma .
