State Programme Manager

The position of State Programme Manager will be based in Delhi, however, responsible to manage the state level management of our Prison and other closed settings programme implementation. The State Programme Manager work in close coordination with the Programme Manager: Prison & OCS based at national office and support him in the effective implementation of the component in various states. The person should have strong command over the data and would be supporting the reporting manager in finalising the programmatic reporting to the donor. The State Programme Manager will work in close coordinatin with the State level team and provide training to the team in data recording, data quality, etc and ensure that the MIS system works well The person will anchor the state level coordinations with the team and also with critical government stakeholders like SACS, prison authorities and ensure smooth implementation of the programme.
