Program Officer: Community System Strengthening (CSS)

The Program Officer: CSS will play a pivotal role in strengthening community systems across states by coordinating with Sub-Recipient (SR) partners, State AIDS Control Societies (SACS), and State Program Managers and Officers. This role involves providing technical support, facilitating consultations, mentoring state teams, and promoting community-led monitoring and network development among key population
Primary role in leading, managing, and supporting activities related to capacity building, organisational development, and community system strengthening for PLHIV networks and key populations. The role focuses on enhancing partnerships with stakeholders, supporting compliance with program objectives, and empowering community networks. This position is part of a Global Fund-supported CSS intervention implemented by the India HIV/AIDS Alliance across 11 States/UT (Dadra Nagar Haveli, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Mumbai, Manipur, Mizoram, Jammu & Kashmir and Uttarakhand)
