Community Facilitator

The Community Facilitator will support implementation of community- and facility-linked interventions under the project to strengthen HIV case identification, linkage to care, treatment continuity, and retention. The role is designed to be flexible and responsive, enabling support across loss-to-follow-up (LFU) tracking, peer navigation for index testing, and facilitation of client movement and engagement across ICTCs, Targeted Interventions (TIs), and ART centres.
