Chief Executive

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive (CE) will lead the delivery of Alliance India’s strategy by guiding, inspiring, retaining and building a strong management team and staff to the highest levels of expectation and performance. The CE shall be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the organizational strategy while ensuring sustained and consistent growth of Alliance India’s funding base. The successful candidate will have strong community experience, will connect strongly with the cause of HIV/AIDS, and will be an effective advocate for the communities served by the organization.
