The State Programme Manager will manage responsibilities under the prison intervention & other programmes in the respective State(s) assigned to him. The person will lead the planning and execution of programme implementation and capacity building, advocacy activities, and promoting documentation of good practices in the programme at the State level. The position is expected to develop and maintain healthy relationships with state-level external stakeholders in government and other key non-governmental bodies to implement the programme effectively. The person will be based either at the SACS office / State office of Alliance India in the respective State.

The State Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will manage the monitoring and evaluation-related tasks under the prison intervention programme in their respective State(s). Reporting to the State Programme Manager, the person will be based either at the SACS office / State office of Alliance India/ Sub-recipient partner organisation of the programme. The position will work closely with the programme coordinators at the field level on data-related requirements and capacitate them in maintaining data quality. On a routine basis, the Officer will coordinate with the State Programme Manager and the Strategic Information team members based at the Alliance India national office and ensure all reporting-related requirements are completed.

The Director / Associate Director: Corporate Fundraising will lead Alliance India’s corporate fundraising and strategic partnership efforts, driving resource mobilisation through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), corporate foundations, philanthropic institutions, and other institutional funding sources. The role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, securing and stewarding high-value partnerships, and strengthening the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

The position will be part of Alliance India’s End AIDS India Campaign and will be responsible for new lead generation, donor retention and fundraising through telefacing, and face-to-face meetings. Engage existing donors for continued and expanded support, identify new prospects, and target HNIs, donor acknowledgment, maintain records, gather feedback. Adhere to confidentiality, organizational plans, and quality standards.
