Dr Kumaravel Ilangovan

Dr Kumaravel Ilangovan brings over 10 years of experience in public health, with work across Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL). His experience includes TB, HIV, immunisation, diabetes, hypertension, urban health, pandemic preparedness, and social protection. He previously served as State Program Manager at John Snow India, where he led digital rollouts and capacity-building initiatives for immunisation across 46 districts in Tamil Nadu.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
