Binoy Chandra R

With a Master’s degree in Demography and a remarkable track record, Binoy brings over 9 years of expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Program Management and Data Management. During his tenure at KSACS (Kerala State AIDS Control Society) where he supported the National AIDS Control Program (NACP), Binoy served as a Project Officer specialising in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Binoy possesses extensive knowledge and experience in working with marginalised and vulnerable communities. He has actively engaged in systematic outreach activities to ensure the provision of prevention and treatment services to the most at risk populations. His involvement extends to collaborating with esteemed organisations such as the Women and Child Development Department of Kerala, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the Center for the Study of Developing Societies.

Through his professional journey, Binoy has demonstrated a deep commitment to serving communities in need and contributing to the improvement of public health outcomes.
