Mona Balani

Working in the development sector for 17 years, Mona Balani has a work experience in leading initiatives conceptualizing, program management, and advocacy and building capacities for varied audiences from grass root to state and national level agencies in India. Mona has rich experience working with community-based organizations and various key population groups, transmitting the strength to owing the program by vulnerable communities and local stakeholders. Before joining Alliance she was associated with National Coalition of People Living with HIV in India (NCPI+)

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
