State Finance Officer

The State Finance Officer will be responsible to take care of the routine finance and accounting at the state level.  The person will also ensure that the expenditures at the partner organsiations are accounted properly and in line with the requirements of the donor.  The person will work in close coordination with the State Technical Officer and the Grants Management Officer at the national level in finalising routine donor reporting requirements as well.
