Associate Director: Grants & Accounting

The Associate Director is responsible for the overall grants and partner management. Reporting to Director: Finance & Operations, Associate Director will be responsible for development and implementation of our Grant Management System (GMS) in line with various donor requirements. S/he supports Director: Finance & Operations in negotiation of funding agreements with donors, and ensures compliance related to contractual requirements. The person will also support Director: Finance & Operations in developing and implementing technical support strategies designed to strengthen financial functions of Alliance India’s various programme partner organisations. The person will also ensure effective coordination with Finance & Accounting team in terms of reviewing grants accounts and ensuring financial compliances of the partner organisations.
