Dr Rochana Mitra

Dr Rochana Mitra is a multifaceted and dedicated Public Health Professional with 25 years of extensive experience in overall health with specialization in HIV/AIDS, Reproductive, Maternal, Adolescent and Sexual Health and Gender Equality. She carries with her comprehensive knowledge and experience of Programme and Partnership Management, Qualitative Assessment, Programme Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Advocacy. Rochana was previously working with Plan India where she was Project Director for their Global Fund supported program portfolio.

Alliance India builds capacity, provides technical support and advocates to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to vulnerable populations affected by the HIV epidemic.
